IWOCA 2008 will be held in Nagoya, the center of gravity in Japan. This is the first time that this conference will be held in Japan.

Publishing
The IWOCA 2008 Proceedings will be published by College Publications and be made available world-wide. In order that an accepted paper should qualify for publication, at least one author will be required to register for IWOCA 2008 and guarantee that the paper will be presented.

Selected papers will be published as IWOCA 2008 special issue called "Advances in Combinatorial Algorithms" in Mathematics in Computer Science, by Birkhauser/Springer.
