Conference Dinner

The conference dinner will take place on a Thames boat. Please note that we had to change the pier. The boat will leave from Westminster pier (see this map). We will meet at the pier on Tuesday at 5.45pm.

The Westminster Millennium Pier is on the north side of Thames, next to the Westminster Bridge and the Palace of Westminster (The House of Parliaments).Walking from King's College London to the pier should not take longer than 25 mins. When you exit King's College London onto Strand, turn left and walk along Strand towards Trafalgar Square, cross Lancaster Pl (traffic lights), turn left onto the next small street - Savoy Street, walk down to Embankment (the road along Thames), turn right onto Embankment and walk towards the House of Parilaments (Westminster). The pier is just before the Westminster Bridge and before Palace of Westminster (The House of Parliaments). You may find the following map useful.

Alternatively, you can take the underground District or Circle line from Temple Station to Westminster Station (2 stops). From the Westminster Station, take exit "Westminster Pier (Exit 1)", which leads straight onto the pier.
