Registration fee

Regular registration fee: 300 GBP, if paid by 23 June 2010; 350 GBP, if paid after 23 June 2010.

Student registration fee: 230 GBP, if paid by 23 June 2010; 300 GBP, if paid after 23 June 2010.

The registration fee includes attendance at the IWOCA 2010 conference sessions, lunches, refreshment breaks, the conference trip and dinner on Tuesday 27 July 2010, and conference proceedings (posted to the participants after the conference). Additional tickets for the conference dinner are available at the cost of 80 GBP each.

Please note that at least one regular registration per accepted paper is required for its inclusion in the LNCS proceedings (a student registration is not sufficient).

Registration form

To register, print out, fill and return the registration form. Return the registration form either by fax, or by scanning and emailing. The fax number and the email address are given on the form.

Payment

All payments must be made in pound sterling (GBP). The accepted forms of payments are credit cards (the preferable option) and bank transfers.

  • If you are paying by credit card, please provide on the registration form all required details of your credit card.
  • If you are paying by bank transfer:

    • Make sure that the reference on your bank transfer includes the code CCS9189 and your last name.
    • Make sure that the bank charges for the transfer, if applicable, are not deducted from the total amount due for your participation in IWOCA 2010. (That is, the bank charges, if required by the sending bank and/or the beneficiary bank, have to be paid in addition to the total amount due to IWOCA 2010.)
    • Return the registration form after ordering the bank transfer (not before).
